Rent off season can be made from and to other days than saturdays, i.e tuesday to tuesday.   

Practical information

  • Saturday is changeover day. Departure no later than 10 o'clock.
  • Arrival after 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
  • Power in the winter season (September to June) by the week in advance EUR. 100,-
  • Power/water is included in the rest of the period. 
  • Pets are not allowed. 
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Damage deposit EUR. 600,-
  • Cleaning EUR. 200,-
  • Linen and towels EUR. 20,- per person.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the following table is applicable:


If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival, you will lose your deposit.

If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival, you will lose a 100% of the cost of your holiday.

You have, however, 3 days to regret your booking without any costs, if this happens more than 6 weeks before arrival.


The reception date of the notice determine the rate to apply. Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, the tenants shall give notice by registered mail, return receipt requested, to udlejning@vidauban-provence.dk. Any tenant who fails to give notice to udlejning@vidauban-provence.dk shall be required to pay the entire balance
